Took a long time to get here and was excited, but got disappointed right away when I opened the box. I initially bought the art directly from the artist herself, and was trying to metal frame her art because it was just beautiful. She sent me a digital copy of her artwork in high quality, and I send it to METALEKS, the outcome was lower quality than what I sent, it was cropped and her name was not on the poster itself. Was expecting the poster to be more vibrant in color, but the entire picture looks dull and no shine to it. Was trying to share this through social media, but now I can’t. Wasted my $82.92…:(
I used the company for a print of a comic character I drew in Clip Studio Pro and it came out vibrant and amazing.
They were able to clean up the images i sent in and verified it was good with me before production. Shipping arrived with no damages to any of the three prints
