☆ CAN I PRINT PHOTOS TAKEN WITH MY SMARTPHONE?

It is possible to print a photo taken with a smartphone as long as it meets the number of pixels. For example, when shooting with the standard iPhone X camera (back camera), the photo size is 3,024x4,032px, so you can print up to 8x10 inches (2,469x3,071px).

Even if the number of pixels is insufficient, there may be no problem with printing, so please contact us. For both iPhone / Android, if you shoot / process with the camera app instead of the standard camera, the resolution may be lower, so please be sure to check.

☆ IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE ANALOG PHOTOS INTO METAL PRINT ?

Analog photos can be scanned and printed if they are converted into data. Customers are requested to perform scanning.

☆ IS IT NECESSARY TO ADD DATA TO BE SUBMITTED?

Additional refilling is required. We will inform you of the submitted size as the size of the fill-in, so please create the data according to that.

☆ I DON'T KNOW IF THE ASPECT RATIO OF THE PANEL MATCHES THE DATA I WANT TO PRINT.

☆ CAN I PRINT EVEN IF THE ASPECT RATIO OF THE DATA AND THE PANEL ARE DIFFERENT?

We will cut your picture appropriately to fit the scale you choose!

☆ CAN YOU ADJUST THE COLOR?

Every photo is color corrected by a member of the Metaleks team, to ensure the most vibrant color. We will properly cut the pictures you upload to meet the size that you choose!

☆ HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR IT?

It is possible to wipe with water / dry with a cloth, dry with a tissue or glasses, and clean with a glass cleaner. It has water resistance, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance, and can be easily cleaned.

☆ HOW MANY PANELS CAN BE PACKED IN ONE PACKAGE?

The number of sheets that can be entered varies depending on the panel size and options, so please contact us. By the way, if it is a small panel, dozens of sheets can be packed in one package.

☆ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
